Audition Registration

M3 Dance is thrilled to announce open auditions for the 5th Anniversary production of the Nutcracker! With an eclectic cast of over 75 performers consisting of students, adults, and professionals alike, our cast comes from many Chicagoarea dance studios and professional companies. Performances are held at the Hemmens Cultural Center in Elgin in their gorgeous 1,200 seat theater. See below for information on how to be a part of our magical production.
Auditions for the 2022 production are currently closed.

What to Wear

Ladies:
black leotard, pink tights, pink shoes, hair in a bun. Contemporary audition you may add shorts or leggings.
Gents:
solid colored shirt and bottoms you can move in, socks (no dance experience required)
Non-Dancers/Adults:
comfortable clothes you can move in, hair back and off the face, socks or clean sneakers

Video Submissions

If you are unable to attend the auditions in person, we ask that you submit a video audition. All submissions should be received by 8/7/22.

Rehearsals

Rehearsals will be held on Friday, Saturday, and Sundays beginning the weekend of September 9th-11th and will continue through until the show in early December.
